    2. Visiting the website

    Hosting: the website, its documentation at docs.quartura.ch and the demo world run on servers of Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

    Server logs without personal data: our servers log requests only with time, domain, status code and duration, for operation and troubleshooting. They contain no IP address, no browser identification and not the page requested. To fend off abuse the servers briefly count requests per IP address in memory; the IP address is not stored.

    No tracking, no third-party analytics: this website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools and loads nothing from third parties; fonts and images come from our own server. The same applies to the documentation.

    3. Cookie and browser storage

    One cookie, technically necessary: only when you tap an example question does the site open an anonymous look into the demo world, and the Quartura server sets the session cookie «__Host-quartura». Purpose: to attach the reads of this look to your session. It contains an encrypted ticket that points to the session on the server, applies to this website only and ends with the browser session; the server ends the session after 30 minutes without a read, after 10 hours at the latest. Without a tapped question the site sets no cookie.

    In this tab’s storage (sessionStorage) the site only remembers whether the opening animation has played; this does not leave your browser. The documentation sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

    4. What you type in the conversation with Tura

    No AI provider: here Tura answers from fixed texts and reads of the demo world. What you type goes to no AI provider and to no server.

    Conversations are not stored: the conversation lives only in this tab and is gone when you close or reload it.

    5. Contact by e-mail

    If you write to us at hello@persist.ch, we process your message and your contact details to reply to you. We keep them as long as this requires and as statutory retention duties demand. The site itself sends nothing; you send the draft from /kontakt with your own mail program.

    6. Recipients and disclosure abroad

    We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising. The website and its data stay in Switzerland. E-mails to us are processed by Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ireland) with Google Workspace as our processor; personal data may therefore be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. The basis for this is the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: Google LLC is certified under it, and the processing terms of Google (Cloud Data Processing Addendum) have based transfers to the United States on it since 16 September 2024. The Swiss Federal Council has recognised adequate protection for organisations so certified (Annex 1 DPO).

    7. Your rights

    You can ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, object to the processing and ask for your data to be handed over (Swiss FADP); we may ask for proof of your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Write to us at hello@persist.ch
